100,000 Person Study Reveals This Causes Early Death
Have you ever wondered if anything in your house could cause you to die early? Most people have this particular substance in the home that can cause an early death.
Milk is one of the only beverages that are still being pushed on children as a healthy food when it is the exact opposite. Drinking pasteurized milk is not as good for general health or bones as the dairy industry has made it out to be. A lot of independent scientists and researchers have just about had enough of the propaganda.
A large-scale study of thousands of Swedish people, cow’s milk has a deteriorating effect on health when being consumed long term. Research was published and they tracked 61,433 women who were aged from 39-74 over 20 years, and 45,339 men of similar age for 11 years. They found that the more cow’s milk that people drink, the more likely they were to die or experience a bone fracture during the study.
Women who drank 3 or more glasses of milk a day had just about doubled the chance of dying during the study period as those who reported drinking only one glass. A glass of milk is defined as a 200 milliliter serving that has a 16 percent high chance of getting one fracture.
When the milk is pasteurized, creates calcium carbonate, which has no way of entering the cells without a chelating agent. So, the body pulls the calcium from the bones so the body can buffer the calcium carbonate in the blood. This process is what causes osteoporosis.
The pasteurized dairy contains little to almost no magnesium that is needed for the proper ratio to absorb calcium. A lot of people would agree that a minimum amount of calcium to magnesium ratio is 2 to 1 and preferably 1 to 1. So, the milk at a calcium and magnesium ratio of 10 to 1, has a problem.
Over 99 percent of the body’s calcium is in the skeleton, where it provides mechanical rigidity. Pasteurized dairy forces calcium intake lower than normal and the skeleton is used as a reserve system. Long-term use of the skeletal calcium for the rest of the body leads to osteoporosis.
Dairy has been pushed on us since we were little kids and since our parents were little kids because it has always been believed that milk is good for the bones and teeth. But, American’s have one of the highest risks of osteoporosis in the world. People from the U.S., Canada, Norway, Sweden, Australia, and New Zealand have the highest rates of osteoporosis.
Negative alpha phosphatase test is how they test the pasteurization of milk. When milk has been heated to 165 degrees and the pasteurization is complete, the enzyme phosphatase is 100 percent destroyed. This enzyme is critical for the absorption of minerals that include calcium. Phosphatase is the third most abundant enzyme in raw milk and those who drink raw milk enjoy the increase in bone density.
Pasteurized milk contains a growth hormone called insulin and is like Growth Factor One (IGF-1). This hormone is a fuel for cancer cells. IGF-1 is a part of all milk and it is a key factor in the rapid growth and proliferation of breast, prostate and colon cancers). Studies have found that IGF-1 levels increased from one pint of dairy and the same 10 percent increase for postmenopausal women from 3 servings a day.
People still drink milk because they think it’s safe to drink because of pasteurization. But, the high heat destroys many bacteria in the milk which conceals the dirt, pus, and dirty dairy practices. Each treatment that diary factories use heat ranging from 100-175 degrees. Reports found that 44 percent of 125 pasteurized milk samples contained as many as 2200 organisms per cubic centimeter.
